Installation Guide
Installed at your door in minutes
The ALL-IN smart door reader fits inside a standard light-switch electrical box and runs an electromagnetic lock. If there’s a power source near the door, installation is just a matter of connecting a few wires.

Easily mounts on the inside — the secure side — of the door.
The complete installation guide
A step-by-step walkthrough for installing the ALL-IN reader — from picking the spot to wiring the lock.

STEP 01
Identify the install location
Decide exactly where the reader will live at the door. Pick a comfortable tap height with a clear line to the entry, and confirm there’s a clean cable path back to your network.
STEP 02
Run the Ethernet cable
Pull a single Cat5e/Cat6 line from your switch to the reader location. That one cable carries both data and power, so there’s no separate power run to worry about.
Tip: place the power injector as close to the reader as possible for the cleanest, most reliable power.

STEP 03
Attach lock power & Ethernet
Connect the lock power leads, then plug in the powered Ethernet cable. Once wired, the reader powers up and is ready to configure from the app.
STEP 04
Mount the hardware
Secure the reader in the wall or inside a plastic enclosure. Avoid metal enclosures — they interfere with the Bluetooth radios and cut down range.

Step 05 (Optional)
Connect a Weigand reader
Keeping existing hardware? Wire in a peripheral Weigand reader to bridge legacy credentials right alongside ALL-IN.
